Travis E. Fowers

CPIM – Chairmain, CEO, and President

Travis Fowers joined Systems Implementers  in June 2004. He was elected Chairman of SI’s Board of Directors and has served as CEO and President since February 2014. Travis has extensive experience in strategic business planning, business process improvement and reengineering, enterprise architecture, logistics and supply chain management, information systems analysis and implementation in the commercial and Department of Defense sector.

Travis received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Professional Accounting/Audit-Financial from Weber State University. He is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt and Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) through The Educational Society for Resource Management.

Ryan Pugsley

CPIM – Director of Operations
Ryan is the Director of Operations for Systems Implementers, Inc. He joined SI in February 2007 and oversees the day-to-day implementation and modernization activities of the Impresa MRO system. He is responsible for coaching members of the SI team, managing information flow between the customer and SI employees, monitoring program risks and opportunities, and ensuring business processes meet the needs of the customer. Ryan received a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Weber State University. He is Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), has his Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, and is also an Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).

Bodi Anderson

CPIM – Program Manager
Bodi has been with Systems Implementers since 2004. He currently oversees the AFSC MROi Program at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. He brings his many years of Air Force maintenance experience working closely with civilian management teams to ensure best business practices are upheld and implemented into the future MROi system. As Program Manager, Bodi functions in many different capacities that require a high level of customer support and service. This includes data analysis, process improvement projects, and management briefings to name a few. Bodi received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Utah Valley University. He is certified with an Advanced CSM (A-CSM) credentials and received his CPIM certification from the APICS Association.

Shelly Bricco

Program Manager

Shelly has been with Systems Implementers since 2017. She currently oversees the MRO Development team at Hill Air Force Base in Utah.  Shelly and her team maintain and provide support for a large-scale ERP solution, interfaces to legacy systems, and translating customer needs into requirements for the government.  Shelly has her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certifications.

Helen Giffear

Finance Manager

Helen has been working for Systems Implementers since January 2022. She currently provides full cycle accounting and finance support for the company. She works closely with Executive and Sr. Management to ensure all policies and procedures comply with GAAP, Government Contracting, and other agencies. Helen also manages the banking, insurance, and auditing relationships for the company.

Helen received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration from St. Leo University.

Jennifer Glenn

HR Manager

Jennifer has been working for Systems Implementers since June 2007.  She provides Human Resources experience and support for the company and oversees various tasks from a corporate level.   Jennifer works closely with Executive and Sr. Management to ensure daily operations such as onboarding, payroll, and compliance needs are met.  She also fulfills the role of ensuring CMMI policies and practices are met as a QA Auditor and member of the PG Team.
