Medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits

We have a comprehensive insurance benefit that offers medical, dental, and vision options with a low cost to the employee.  A supplemental disability insurance option is available as well.



401k

SI provides a safe harbor matching contribution of 100% of the first 3% deferred plus 50% of the next 2%, for a total of 4%.  All contributions and any amounts you roll into the Plan, adjusted for gains and losses, are always vested 100%.

Holiday pay, Vacation pay,
and Sick leave

SI pays the employees for 11 observed holidays.  Employees begin accruing Paid Time Off (PTO) immediately.  An increased accrual rate for PTO is offered as an incentive for continuous years of service.  Paid Sick Leave (PSL) is provided at a set accrual amount.
