MRO Training Specialist – Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide labor and material standards, shop capability, work control documents, and associated data to accomplish production processes
• Perform setups in relation to capturing critical data
• Maintain documents for all workloads
• Manage all Bills of Material (BOMs)
• Develop and maintain End Item Sales Price (EISP) for all end items
• Participate in various meetings to determine and discuss current and future workload requirements
• Monitor data systems to review, analyze, and resolve material orders
• Identify and resolve material, financial, and production issues, including those of a classified nature
• Perform profit and loss analysis
• Identify non-standard or emerging operational requirements
• Identify issues to resolve conventional problems of increasing efficiency and productivity
• Gather and consolidate appropriate data according to prescribed time frames
• Research data for current and future workload costs

Qualifications for MRO Training Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree (or anticipated graduation by May 2019)
• Customer oriented
• Effective communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Self-motivated

Logistician

Logistician Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Knowledge of labor and material standards, shop capability, work control documents, and associated data to accomplish production processes
• Understanding of planning documents such as Master Routes and Standard Operations
• Understand how to perform planning setups in relation to capturing critical data
• Knowledge of building & Maintaining planning documents
• Ability to manage all Bills of Material (BOMs)
• Ability to assess current and future workload requirements
• Know how to monitor data systems to review, analyze, and resolve maintenance constraints
• Proficient in data capture and management tools such as Excel and other tools including SQL logic
• Develop, manage, and analyze performance indicators or metrics for specific trends, recommend corrective actions and make necessary adjustments in production schedules
• Research and initiate production planning, manufacturing, and modification process improvements
• Perform preliminary investigation and analysis of work requirements through coordination with production personnel and supportability functions
• Regularly analyze workload requirements to plan labor, equipment, and facility support
• Determine the impact of proposed workload changes or acceleration/deceleration of production schedules
• Evaluate scheduled repair of individual end items and provide information to the Master Scheduler and Supportability Specialist for forecasting efforts
• Ability to train government planners in daily responsibilities

Qualifications for Logistician

• Bachelor’s degree (or anticipated graduation by December 2019)
• Effective communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Self-motivated
